Sea Blue Security Locks
Sea Blue Security locks have been developed in the lock capital of England to withstand both corrosion and physical attack. Heavy steel full casings are used for strength with drab olive high chromate electro protection, as used on military equipment and vehicles where exposure to corrosion is a high factor. The whole case is then powder coated and packed with life long heavy grease that will not thin or dry out. Each set is built with high quality brass shoots, followers and forend plates to complement our range of furniture. Stainless steel forend and striker plates also available.
Mortice Lock - 5 lever
High level security lock with 5 internal levers. The latchbolt is reversible to suit left or right opening doors with a follower to suit furniture with standard 8mm square spindles. The deadbolt has two hardened steel rollers.
Supplied with striker plate and two keys.
Toilet Lock
Utilising the same high quality case as above, this toilet door lock operates using furniture with 8mm spindles and toilet door turn & release furniture with 5mm spindles, as shown on page 51, to lock. The latchbolt is reversible to suit left or right opening doors.

For operation using furniture with 8mm spindles, this reliable latch is perfect for internal doors that do not need locking.

Rim Locks
Traditional cast brass construction with polished cases and keepers. They have a two lever action with bronze springs and the latchbolt is reversible on the larger size.
Traditional Furniture
This range is supplied as knob & knob or ring and knob for both rim and mortice locks. The knob is 13⁄4″ (44mm) in diameter and the ring is 2″ (50mm). All sets come complete with round roses, escutcheons with covers and 5⁄16″ (8mm) spindles.
Oval Knob & Ring
A smaller set than the above with a 13⁄4″ (44mm) oval knob and 11⁄2″ (38mm) ring. Manufactured from high quality cast brass components with a polished finish. All sets come complete with round roses, escutcheons with covers and 5⁄16″ (8mm) spindles.
Die Cast Brass Furniture
A range of furniture in die cast brass with 5⁄16″ (8mm) spindles, ideally suited to the 3474 & 3476 style of locks. Stamped brass rose is an optional extra. Also available in chrome plated finish.
Turn & Release Toilet Door Furniture
We offer two styles of toilet door furniture to suit our lock 3501. Both cast brass with a polished finish, there is an oval turn with plain rose or a curved turn with raised edge rose. Supplied with a 5mm spindle and external emergency release. Also available chrome plated.

Die cast in brass in three patterns. Natural finish or chrome plated.
Anti-Rattle Fastener
The cam mounted arm increases pressure as it moves across the plate, stopping any closure from rattling. Manufactured in brass and available natural or chrome plated.
Turn Buttons
Buttons only available in brass, buttons on plates in brass and chrome.
Automatic Button
A gravity operated locker catch which simply swings to one side to allow opening. Cast in brass, and complete with screw bush, it is available in polished finish or chrome plated.
